Stereo supervision for the UK unit on Disney's native stereo tentpole, keeping the London material consistent with what had already been shot.
What it was
On Stranger Tides took the series into native stereo, shooting in Hawaii, London and elsewhere. Vision3 joined the production for the UK-based sequences in support of the main unit, with Chris Parks as stereo supervisor.
Technical approach
The job was consistency: matching the look of the stereo captured before the move to London, and developing ways of shooting that gave the first act more energy in depth.
